Harrassment by the manger

Today I went to Pep store at signet terrace for an item exchange and I was harrassed, disrespected, wrongly accused and unprofessionally treated by the manager who was on duty today Mpho. There was a misunderstanding about theft and I was not responsible for it and I agreed to be searched by the manager and the cashiers. Indeed nothing was found on me and the manager was the one who held my Card, phone and R120 and the exchange shoes. When she brought back my belongings my R100 was missing . I confronted her about it she insulted me in front of customers, she demoted my character , she called me with inappropriate names, told me that I must go bath , bragged about her position and her salary . I totally felt disrespected and not important as a customer .I am not happy at all with the customer service I got today. She even went to an extent of accusing me of theft in front of everyone which really set me off and I'd like this situation to be taken serious because it was an unfair treatment and over use of power.
