harrasment in PEP

on the 27th of December i visited Pep Greenfields in East London, to buy some few items. I normally pay with my cellphone-tapping, however it could not work, i then ask the cashier to go take my bank card in my car, which i did. upon return the cashier was nolonger at her till.

I then spoke to the next cashier by the name LEEZA who became very rude and even swear at me, i could not request for the manager at the time as i was in hurry and had nomore time.

however i ask LEEZA why she is refusing to help me whereas i waited on a very long queue and she insist that she is not involved in my story. i further ask her why my stuff are on the other side of the counter if i wasnt on the queue, how did my stuff end up on that counter!! she futher ganged up with another cutomer she was serving.

i really need a sit down with management and LEEZA on this matter.

it was so very ********* and unprofessional to be treated as such!!
