Harassment at the store

My son went to Pep store in Vanderbijlpark - ,ERF 105 SHOP NO 1 A, DF MALAN HANS STRYDOM & ATTIE FOURIE St, picked up a ball in the shop bounced it on floor, got harassed pulled to the store room got told he kicked the ball and made it dirty when he did no such, he gave me a call immediately and I asked him to give the phone to the person who did that to him and when I asked him why did he do that to my son he apparently put my sons phone on the floor and told him that us going to call the police and he is going to get arrested.. My son my crying uncontrollably as I listen on the other side of the line then I heard a lady saying that before you buy something at the shop you pay then go fit it if it's a piece of clothing and this is news to me I have never heard of such.... I am very angry and disappointed and want this man called Scalo Stephen Ramiki dealt with!
