Harassed Customer

My mom went to pep cell Tibane mall at ga matlala...she bought a decoder that has free intallation ...it costs R650 with free installation within 25km.Ok we are staying 12 km away frm the mall. The staff member said to my mom u gona hv to pay fr installation bcos multichoice hv changed its no longer 25km its 12 km away. We enquired with multichoice and they told us we not suppose to pay cos the decoder comes with a voucher inside. Now they hv installed and demanded their payment ...my mom told him m not paying cos ders a voucher inside.The guy said he wil disconnect if she dsnt wanna pay...to avoid drama my mom paid. Then few minutes later the lady frm pep cell phoned asking my mom y dd she cause drama cos if she ddnt wanna pay she should hv said so wen she bought the decoder so that she dsnt gv her the installer...mama explained the same rsn that we staying 12km away frm tge shop and according to multichoice we r not supposed to pay and de lady dropped the call. I need ansas frm Pep storeTibane mall area manager to tell me y are they hiring ****** to work in their stores.That lady is *****ing frm pep customers.
