harassed by the store manager

Had the worst experience at PEP stores parkrand ON the 29th December I was harassed and humiliated by the store manager at the store and still doesn't look like this matter will be resolved I called the call centre and I was told they don't have a complains department which was shocking , sent an email till today PEP hasn't responded .
