Handset

My name is Viola, I bought a cellular phone on the 29 March 2019, and I have had endless issues. Firstly the handset was overheating, I took it back and received a new one, thereafter the handset which was now new had the same issues as the first one. Then the handset screen cracked which was my fault and I was going to fix it on my own however the store refused to assist because of the crack and the handset was still under warranty. The handset was sitting in the store Pep corner Harrison and Bree street for 6weeks, I wasn't sent to get repaired or anything, then I was told to come collect the handset and the battery was changed. Now the battery which is inside the handset is swollen. Now because the battery was changed, and they could not find the battery and advised me to come back after two days and now because the battery was changed the battery has now damaged the entire handset. I no longer want any apologise I want to be compensated as now I don't have any handset available to use. Some body needs to contact me asap.
