Had to paid 50% of laybe instead of 10%

Today I went to PEP home Tsakane Mall take out my Layby. The cashier Itumeleng ****** me my money when I laybed I had to take out 50% instead of 10% only realised today that I payed over instead of her refunding my money there are allegations that she gave me money and The manger is insinuating that I took the money now I'm just cleaning and making stories up . I actually learned today one needs to double check their slips all the time these cashiers rude and they are ******* in those PEP uniforms. The manager failed to solve the problem I had to explain my problem to 5 different people and no one came up with a solution . I regret the day I did that Layby no customer service at all,cashiers don't even have name tag on you can't even identify them
