Gruesome customer service at pep mall of Africa

Good day trust this email finds you well and I’m hoping to get feedback after alerting you with the staff you’ve hired and their appalling behaviour towards loyal customers.

Today being 04-09-2022 I went to Pep mall of Africa around 9:30 to purchase my work stockings, after paying I asked the lady that was assisting me if I can then wear them and proceeded to the fitting room , a few moments later one of your Ill mannered staff member decided to push the door aggressively whilst I was half naked , not even knocking as a normal being and barbarically yelled ,” I wanna see what you took you people *****” , I asked her politely to wait as I was still getting dressed she refused forced herself to the fitting room as a result she even scratched my fingers with the door.

I have never in my whole entire existence been so humiliated like that, she refused point blank to even apologise as she didn’t see nothing wrong, now tell me how am I to ever shop in such a store? The embarrassment she caused me is overwhelming.

I’d appreciate if this matter is attended to ASAP and I’ll be waiting for a follow up with the action that must be taken place.
