Gross Human and Consumer Rights Violation and Humiliation

On the 2 of January 2023 my kids went to Tsakane Mall looking for school uniform. They found their sizes at PEP store Tsakane Mall. I went to pay for they purchases. They reported to me the humiliation they went through at PEP Store Tsakane Mall. It was son 17, my daughter 14 and their male friend 12. According to the staff member "there was something offish about that family" . She suspected they might have ****** clothes because my son went to fit school trousers in the fitting room. My daughter was having socks in her hands. Those were the clothes they were going to buy, they paid for those items. The staff member told them she suspect they stole something. She instructed the female security guard to search them. The security guard summoned my kids by the door to body searched them. Female security only searched my son) 17years old). When I questioned the security she says my son looked like he was wearing 2 pants. My question was as a female how do you body search a 17 year old male? How did you find out he was wearing a single trouser? Did you ask him to pull his pants down in front of everyone? My son's rights were violated in front of other shoppers by the door. They had no decency to take him to the office and check if he was wearing double pants or not. The aim was to humiliate them. Maybe the dignity of a black child means nothing to PEP. I asked the to show me the footage of what happened in the store they say they don't have cameras but the security said she summoned my son to search him in front of the camera that is by the door. I believe PEP staff were lying about having no cameras meanwhile there camera is there. If they had shown me the footage showing that they conducted their search with dignity I would not have taken this further. They never apologized to my kids after humiliating them in public. They had no remorse for their actions. I asked to speak to the manager, they said the Manger was off. They brought to me a male shop assistant, then a lady. Only after I confronted them, they then asked me to call my kids back to apologize. My kids refused to go back to that store after the embarrassment they were subjected to.
