GREAT SERVICE FROM PAXI

On a previous occassion I had great service from Pep when I needed to locate some items from different stores. So when a friend recommended their PAXI service to send a parcel I didn’t hesitate. I went to the Lyttleton store on Monday and sent the parcel at about 14:00 with the 3-5 day delivery option. On Tuesday at 15:00 I was getting worried since the parcel was still at the store and had not been picked up. I then started reading all the reviews and got really nervous, so I emailed the Paxi customer service which had a 24hr response time. Shortly after I emailed I tracked the parcel again and saw it had been picked up. This morning, Wedensday, I woke up to the parcel already being on route to her delivery destination 400km away! It was delivered to that Pep store at 10am this morning (even before the call centre rep**** on my mail from yesterday). Less than 48 hours after I dropped it off. She picked it up and everything was in order. It was great, fast, efficient service and I was so relieved since it was extremely urgent and I was just hoping for it to be there by the 5th day. The service exceeded my expectations and I will gladly use them again and recommend them to others. Thanks Pep and Paxi!
