Great Service from Amanda Vaveki!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda in August when I needed the voucher to redeem airtime I won through PEPLuckies to be resent to me. <br> <br> In all honesty I expected to be sent from pillar to post and not getting that airtime voucher. A few minutes after submitting my query online, I got a call from a professional Amanda who asked how she can assist me. She was very polite and kept me informed of the processes. Less than an hour later, she called again telling me that my query has been resolved. She treated my query with urgency and so much professionalism.
