Great customer service

I was at the Pep on Strand Street in Cape Town on the 25 April and I must day I was impressed with the customer service I received. It was good customer service from the till to the ladies at the back who were activating my Sim card. I would however like to name one staff member who just wowed me with her customer service. From when I walked into the store until I purchased my goods and phone, Ms Elizabeth put a smile on my face with her warm and kind personality. You could see she was not putting up a having "good customer service" act but her being caring and well-mannered just came natural to her. She was just being herself. Ackermans please be kind to Ms Elizabeth we still need people like her around in stores.
