I would like to say a huge thank you to Mandi May, Area Manager: Amila Area. she assisted me with my complaint even though it was not her department, she made sure my compliant got to the right people and was sorted out quickly. head office and customer care refused to assist me but Mandi was more than willing. thank you also to Schalk Du Plessis and Malise Adams for helping me so quickly
