Good service

I've never had bad service at a PEP store. I try to avoid long queues but the cashier staff is always professional and the security is alert. I've witnessed an incident where there was a shoplifter and the situation was diffused very quickly by a lady and gentlement security duo and that made me feel safer being in there because I realized that security actually works.
