Good service

I had made a layby sometime last year and when I remembered it was late, my layby had already expired. I went to Pep Cradlestone Mall to request my deposit back. I was told they can't give it to me since I lost my receipt, I called the customer service and some lady said I should go back and request them to call them. Long story short, there's a lady by the name of Lerato who never once gave me attitude or felt I was wasting her time since it was a back and forth. She is a true custodian of customer service and friendliness. Keep her there , she is lovable and professional.
