Good morning I bought two School bags at Pep Soshanguve Crossing on the 8th of February 2024 1 School bag is damaged I don't have a receipt I bought on my bank card.Today I went to Pep in Lillian Ngoyi street I found a lady who didn't have a name tag on I told her my story she said I should return the School bag to Soshanguve Crossing I asked her why is that she said it's company policy I asked for her name she said she is Joey I asked which position she held she said it's still early for that.I went to the tills I got a lady who had a name tag on I greeted her and called her by her name she said Joey is the manager I was shocked to hear she is a manager with her attitude I was not assisted I still have the damaged School bag with me and on Monday my daughter needs that School bag.
