Good day Kindly assit with refund I bought a cellphone(Hisense U40 lite Blue) at Pep store at Brits mall on the 30 July 2020, the phone only worked for 3 months, i took it back at Pep, it was booked for repairs, the phone was not repaired so they gave me another phone with my old phone box, that phone worked for 3 months again then it stopped working, since May I've beeen waiting for my phone, so i decided to get s refund since sm struggling without a phone which i need for school work Ive had the worst terrible experience with Pep, am not happy at all Thanx u
