Good Customer Service

I went to a pep store in Bredell to purchase some items and when I finished paying for my good I left my phone on the counter only to realise when I was in the car and went back, at the door I was greeted with a smile by one of the ladies who was cleaning the floors and told me to go to the cashiers.<br> <br> After a series of security questions by the teller to make sure that indeed the phone belonged to me, I was informed that the phone was picked up by a customer, throughout the staff was very nice and obliging. I would like to that the whole team at the store for their honesty and a special thank you to the honest man who gave the phone to the staff at the store.<br> <br> I now know why I keep going to that pep store.<br> <br> Kind regards,<br> Jacqueline Mashego
