Good customer service

I would like to Thank Nelisiwe @Pep Home Jabulani Mall on the 6th May. I went there to shop for small bottles to do gift pack for Mother's day.

Though they were not packed yet on the shelf but I managed to get them, as she confirmed that she received them on the 5th...but please shelves most of the time are empty,

I even looked for them at Pep Home Maponya it was empty..

And there was a problem also with the system or network.... But I managed to get what I needed.

Thank you to Moipone the cashier who was friendly still managing to assist us... No matter the pressure and the situation.

And the Mothers loved those bottled gifts
