Going the extra mile is worth it .

I was searching for scatter cushion covers in a special color and could not find it. I then went to Pep Home Store in Vredenburg and found exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately they only had 1 which I purchased hoping to find more at the other stores. I had no luck and decided to email them to request help . Well I was amazed at the speed that my query was attended to. I sent the email at 14h00 at 15h13 I received a call from the store in my area informing me that they had found the covers and would get it from the store that had stock and would call me when they received it. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have always commended the Staff at Pep stores for their excellent service and this puts the cherry on top.
