Give credit where it is due

I'm wring on behalf of my sister - Dolores Ntaoleng Seobi... every beginning of the month she does bill payment at PEP. She has been to various PEP shops, sometimes I go with her, but always the experience is bad and the inefficiency of staff, with "I don't care attitude" is annoying. But yesterday, 3 November 2020 at 14:15 she was at PEP Cradle stone in Krugersdorp. All she can say is "WOW", what a service from Palesa, Ayanda and other ladies in the store. Very helpful and patient. She said at one moment she had to check if she in infact at PEP or in a different store, because this has never happened in any of the PEP Stores. To Palesa and her team, I would like to say thumbs up ladies, keep up the good work, do not change who you are, the respect and compassion you have, says a lot about how you were brought up. Thank you again. To the Store management, please take care of those ladies, they are assets to your business, and will take it to greater heights. All the best.
