Getting goods that were already discontinued

I am amazed by the level of service i received by Pep Home Store in Westgate Mall, Roodepoort. My fiance and I needed 42 frames of a specific kind we saw on the website, we went to our nearest Pep to only find out the frames we are looking for have been discontinued. The manager, Patience saw the sadness and told us to contact the call centre so they can try and find 42 of these frames which i thought was basically a dead end, i received a call from an area manager Mandi May and she said she will do her best to get the frames for us. So after this Patience the manager at Pep Home Westgate called all the different branches in Gauteng to get them to send all their stock to their shop, i was told it might work and might 3 weeks to get this done. A week after the initial phone call from Mandi she informed they got all 42 frames at the Westgate branch ready for us to collect with a reduced price to R9.99 instead of R15.99. I didn't think service like this still existed in SA but PEP proved me so wrong. Both Mandi and Patience needs a raise for their exceptional service! i Will also be sure to tell friends and family to purchase from Pep Westgate in future! Thank you!
