Furious customer

I was at Pep cell Birch acres mall this morning..after queuing for close to 30 minutes with my 2 kids,one of them on my back..I finally get to the till and the cashier calls one of the people on the other que to come pay and tells me to wait till she's done with this person...when my turn finally comes this lady tells me am on the wrong till she doesn't do MultiChoice payments and tells me to go to the back of the line to start queuing afresh😠😠😠

Are u kidding me?I had a baby on my back for crying out loud!!!!!I was so furious, ended up leaving without paying for my DStv...

Is this how Pep treats their Loyal customers? running the shop like their uncle's ****a shop???
