Furious client

<p>I bought a cellphone at Pep store in Hatfield and within a month of Purchase the phone was faulty and i took it back so they then told me that it will be sent to MTN for repairs which will take upto 6 weeks for me to get it at first I argued as I didnt understand why it had to take long but was patient enough to wait up until today the 28 November 2016 and the 6 weeks have passed I communicated with them serveral times but I dont get any assistance as they told me that they escalating the matter as Mtn told thrm that they do not have stock so my purpose of buying a phone which is communication is not served coz I have to wait for 2months to get my phone fixed. So I dont need the phone anymore just need my money. PLEASE HELP</p>
