Frustrated costumer

To whom it may concern I have purchased a Astro cellphone from pep in Phoenix mount Edgecombe plaza ,the phone was glittin the first week , because I live in kenville Springfield Durban I had to wait for the weekend to return ,has pep close early week days ,i don't allow my kids with phones weekdays so the following week Friday afternoon this is my son on his phone only to see the phone blank but on touch you can hear keypad sounds ,so I returned it Saturday has this phone was not yet month old ,I went 7weeks in out pep stores to find out what going on has no contact regarding phone ,to my disappointment the management of pep Phoenix called mobicel to be told they sms which they didn't ,than told liquid damage like how is this possible second phone I bought from pep I took a knock ,now mobicel wants to charge me a fee for doing nothing I'm ****ed it costed me money to purchase 2 phone now I must pay more than the phone worth to repair on top of it a fee ,I was not told that when pep took phone to query I emailed pep complaints no response this is second phone problem with appreciate your reply thanks
