frustrated by their service

bought a phone few weeks ago the phone lasted me exactly 9 days and it just died took it into the store and im expected to wait 6-8 weeks just to get my phone back which i needed for working purposes and its not the first time this is happening where i buy a cell phone and after a few days it dies.....its really frustrating
