Frosted coloured water bottles

# Black Friday . I bought 8 frosted glass water bottles as Christmas presents. When I tried to remove the price tags by soaking the bottles in water the frosting came off. The price tags stayed on . No rubbing of the glass was done then. So then I tried rubbing once the price stickers had dried. The price stickers will not come off but all the frosting does. The price stickers have been slapped in the middle of each jar. I want to have these bottles . I don't want a refund. I want new bottles without sticky price tags or remains of price tagson the bottle and with frosting . The bottles are ruined. How can you sell a water bottle that will get wet often but the frosting is removed with water?. I returned to the shop and could only offer me a customer complaint number!!!
