From Hero to Zero with bad service ...

<p>I saw a comforter at PEP Ridgeway in a single bed size, i asked them to check if it comes in a queen size but the lady told me they do not know and does not have the numbers for the other branches so they cant call them. I have sent an e-mail via the internet, but the reply " if we dont contact you within 7 days, please call us" ... i called Alberton branch and they told me to get the SKU Number for the queen size before they can help me... REALLY .. where will i get that from ? I have now called the call centre and the lady Verna said she will call me back, a lady from Southgate just called to say they dont have it in stock and she doesnt know what to do ??? looks like all your stores doesnt know what they doing ???</p> <p> </p> <p>the details for the single size is: BKM06 YW16 1375 SKU28160 Barcode ********** 00001</p> <p> </p> <p>How much more detail do you need to assist???</p>
