FREEZING PHONE BOUGHT IN AN HOUR

I went to pep cell at Hammanskraal and asked for assistance for a phone that uses two sim cards. They advised me to get a mobicel just as I start to operate phone, it is extremely slow to open anything and takes long to go back. I went back to the store with an hour to see if I can return that one any buy Samsung.

Violet said, there’s nothing wrong with the phone it’s just slow get used to it . She said phones processing speed are not the same and I must accept that .

I am extremely un happy and I need help to have this phone taken back so can get a better one.
