*****ulant account

I realised early last month that a ********** account was opened with my details and it is said that the account is sponsored by absa bank. Apparently there are no documents that one signs when opening this account. Now I have to pay for the loans that were taken using the account. I lodged a complain early August and still haven't received any feedback. This is inconveniencing me because I need to clear my name where the loans were taken and I am not getting any help.
