My Daughter and her nanny went to pep to buy a few things and when they got to the till,Nomsa realised her purse was missing. The teller was arrogant and told her she shouldn't dare say her purse is missing cause its time wasting. she called me inside the store and explained to me what has happened. i asked one of the staff members for assistance whom she also had a don't care attitude. I asked if they can help us by checking the cameras but i was told i have to pay R60 000.00 to view what happened. they did not even look at us twice infact it was a joke to some of the staff members that we lost a purse in their store .The staff attitude sticks and we were ******ed inside their store.
