I was sent money on the 2th Nov by my mom at pep (Vryburg) next to boxer. After sending the money she transferred the 10 digit number to me and the pin on the 4th of Nov. When I go to pep to withdraw they say the pin is wrong. Then I called pep help line they said they can't help me because I a not the one who sent the money they want to talk to the person who sent the money. Then I told my mom to call the pep help line. They gave her another 4digit pin then she sent me the pin on 4th but it was too late for me to go pep again. So I went today 9th Nov still I could find the money. I am so disappointed in their service I will never used it.
