My wife deposited R1300 for me at Pep Store Eshowe on 02/06/2021 but when I attempt to withdraw the money at Galleria Mall in Durban, the money was already withdrawn. My wife went back to the store, they informed her to open the case and she opened the case at Eshowe Police Station but Pep refused to refund the money.

At Pep Store, they informed my wife to go to Standard Bank as they partnered with them in an Instant Money Transfers. Investigating Officer from Eshowe Police Station informed us that he was unable to view the footage as there were many people used the ATM during that day. We contacted Standard Bank, they informed us that they were unable to refund the money as it was withdrawn by the pin at the ATM.

So I believe there was ********** done inside the store as we never shared the withdrawal voucher numbers and the Pin, the money was withdrawn within an hour after it was deposited.
