***** and Bad service

I went to PEP at Alexander Johannesburg on the 24/05/2017 to do my shopping . Ileft my bag at the parcel Count a lady called Mpolokeng took my bag and gave me the number. When I come back to collect my parcel she told me that she cant find my bag HOW? She staretd saying this and that I stayed there till they close, they kicked me out they said they want to go home they have kids for my bag not be found its none of thier business. All my documents ,bank cards, money etc was in the bag. I asked a phone form someone and called my daughter to come pick me up. I want home and told my boss she phone the Store manger as we need the footage for the 24th but he still hasnt sent that.

We tried to call my cellphone all we ringing but no answer and she ony answered in the morning around 8 and she said if you want your bag I need R2000 cause rthe R800 rand that is in your bag i caanot buy ******s with that its too small.

I asked to will you please give me all my documents at take the rest. In the next mornig on the 25th my boss asked the handymen to call one of my cellphones the lay answered and i said i wiil go drop your staff at Picknpay Alexander go fetch it by the parcel count she put only my ID , mtn sim all the restis gone.

Whats the reason for leaing our bag by the parcel count while those people who are suppose to look after our parcels are ******* better all the parcels counter to be closed to avoid such nonsense

The store mangger for PEP in Alexander was suppose ot report this incident and should be investgated some of the employees in the shop are the one who snatch the bag "They Have to stop this with immediate effect or else they must find new employees".
