DEAR PEP. How are you associating your self with ***** stars, I bought a dstv decoder from you earlier this month and you gave me a contact number of the person I should phone for installation, they installed and then ***** was done on my account when they activated another decoder under my name without my permission. when I queried this matter with Multichoice, I was told I have two decoders which I do not and now my bill is sky high. all in all the gentleman you that I delt with to install has phoned me back and shouted at me for contacting multichoice instead of him the gentleman is extremely rude and I do not understand why I was given his contact by you? seeing as Multichoice apparently does not have a head office I can contact to report this installer ( AMAPONDI ********** 139) I have never delt with a more ruder person then this. can you clarify on your side as to what is going on???
