My name is Maropeng Thoka ********** 344084 cell no ********** 699. I went to pep store on the 20th January 2018 to deposit the money via pep money market at 11:08. I was assisted by cashier Makgabo. I made 2 deposits for R1000 but divided into 2 deposits which is R500 per transaction. The money market transfer /withdrawal no : ***for the R500 and ***and for another R500. What happened is that the person I was depositing the money didn't get it as there was an error message. Went to Shoprite with the same voucher no and they told me the voucher has been redeemed. I went back to pep to ask what's happening. They called 0 ********** 65 and they confirmed that they money was redeemed at Absa Phumulani mall few minutes after I deposited the money. It was deposited at 11:08am and was withdrawn at 11:25am. They told me that they always such cases and just end up in the air(no where) and that they can not assist in this case. I opened a case at Thembisa Rabasotho case no 456/1/2018 contact no ********** Serm EM Mohlala will be investigating the case. I callee Absa and the also confirmed that the money was withdrawn at Phumulani few minutes after I have deposited it. Can you please help me to get my money as there is no one willing to assist....I am so angry at the lady helping me as if possible can legal action taken against the lady who assisted me as they are de*****ing people their money... I told everyone about this pathetic and disgusting experienced from Pep Store Phumulani Mall. They are used to rob people their money and at the end saying they wont help and that this will end no where as they are used to do this.
