Fragile items sold at pep Home kloof

Kloof pep Home store no Customer service available. I wanted 2 purchase 2 waffle makers from pep cornubia they where sold ,kloof store has it but the Manger refused yo send it as it's a fragile item,if do fragile how she received the item? If so fragile how u selling it ? They should be selling Quality items not fragile items. Other stores send items to a store near you but pep kloof manager advised her items are too fragile to be sent so why must we buy inferior products?
