Fooled by Pep Paxie

I hae been waiting for a parcel for a while now and I keep asking about it and was given an estimate date of the 10th and when I enquired about it on the 10th another story was sprung on me and today they have the audacity to tell me because they run a cheap service so I should be patient, for starters why wasnt that communicated before one uses their services that you might have to wait 3 weeks coz we cheap, I feel they don't take their business seriously and are taking me for a fool
