Fool for asking for laybuy

I was at Pep clothing Secund mall and have never felt so disgusted and sick over the attitude of the staff there,I wanted to do a laybuy and was told that they don't do them and I asked why and I was called stupid and a fool for not knowing that its because of Covid-19. They were calling one another to show the others the fool that didn't know why laybuys were not done.Please train your staff on how to interact and speak to customers Pep clothing Secunda mall is the worst store in all Pep stores.
