Flash token cancelled

On the 14/01/2019 I bought flash token of the value of R600.00 so I got R500.00 and R100.00 when I loaded the R500.00 it say the token was cancelled when I loaded the R100.00 it loaded. I went back to the PEP in Phalaborwa and I said I want my money back because I cannot loose R500.00 over a voucher that is cancelled i was told they cannot refund. I need to phone Flash and when I phone Flash they said that the PEP was suppose to phone in with receipt and token number the people there not very helpfull. As I am furious with them I posted on PEP facebook page then they wanted my full names ID and all personal details which I did give them. My problem is my business is loosing R500.00 because of no help at all from PEP Phalaborwa
