Flash reprint

Just gave them a ⭐ to access review section. I bought a Flash voucher from them unfortunately I lost it, when I went back to ask for a reprint they couldn't and said it's their law not to. I told them that it's fine if they don't give me the serial number but the reference number so Flash can process it for me, they said they can't. Flash said as long as they sold the voucher there is a tracking number but Pep refused. All my money gone like that
