Flash and Pep havent delivered the Flash Machine

i am writing this on behalf of my mother, around January she bought the flash vending machine at pep cell in brits, after a week we found that the batttery does not charge so we took the machine in for repairs since until today when we call or go to pep stores they tell us that FLASH will deliver our machine at our doorstep but that have not been done yet. I mean its been 3months already and we are using the machine to earn an income so if they have took the machine for so long how do they think we survive because we depend on the machine for an income.
