Fitting room

I'm really disappointed and felt insulted by the staff members as well as the manager of PEP Clothing in Randburg Square. One the fitting rooms are locked and when I asked they made me wait for more than 15min then after I'm being told by the stuff members that customers are not allowed to fit tights as they are underware even worse after calling the manager she then said to me I must know my size and confirms that customers are not allowed to fit tights.... I find this as an insult and also the time that I've waited I then get told this.... You need to check on your staff and what's the point of having a fitting room if it's kept locked all the time and you actually have to look for staff to be assisted... This is totally unacceptable....
