Finding winter stock in Summer, great customer service

After my daughter forgot her warm top at home (200km away) the day turned cold, and we had to find something warm for her, after visiting a few shop which already changed their stock to summer stock, we went into PEP (The Grove Mall, PTA) and a lovely lady also told us that they've changed to summer stock but also went into the shops store room and found a winter top for us, and we really appreciated her going the extra mile for us, and we just wanted to let everyone know
