Felicia needs to be fired and replaced!!

On 2025/09/26, I went to Pep Store ( Home ) Cleary Park - Gqeberha shop to do a transaction. I was assisted by Felicia , one of the tellers , who made a mistake . When I addressed it with her , she was rude to me with a dont care attitude and answered me very disrespectfully. She also ignored me and made some bad remarks about me to the other customers.

Gone are the days, when customers were treated with respect. I think that Pep Stores must train and educate their employees with regards to customer services. Felicia is a disgrace to the Pep Store brand and needs to be replaced with someone who will treat customers with respect, dignity , and politeness.
