Feeling Not so PEP anymore

<p>Bought a pair of sneakers at PEP STORES rustenburg and wanted to exchange arrived at the shop just before closing time everyone was still in the shop but the door was closed. So instead they all stared at me while I acted like a crazy person outside I called them on the phone WHILE OUTSIDE and they said it's not business hours anymore.... What brilliant customer service thanks pep</p>
