Last week Saturday the 14th of October my husband went to pep in blueroute mall, to give in a paxi, we bought a 60r bag and packed it at home and it was only clothes that was in the packet, my husband got there the attendants helped him and took the package, on Monday we received a message stating the package has been picked up and is on the way to pep in durban,so our impression was that it was on the way to durban, on Thursday the 19/10/23 my husband gets a call from pep stating that the courier company don't want to take my paxi as its full if it was full why did the staff open it 2 times to try and reseal it, it was their fault and they should take responsibility for breaking my bag, I feel on the day that my husband went to give the paxi in they should of told him same time, now the family is waiting in durban for the stuff, and now when I spoke to the atendant yesterday she said it is now my cost to buy a bigger bag as this one is open, when it was received by pep the bag was closed, so with the rough handling of my package they tore my package and now it's my responsibility to buy another bag, I feel the courier company should not be rough with people's stuff as we trust them and pay alot of money for our stuff, and pep staff should of not accepted the package if it was full as they now claim, I feel people should be careful with using them as your stuff might not even leave the store and you wouldn't even know, I would not really recommend using paxi, I think it's a money making scheme cause they forcing us to buy the bigger bag which is 90r for things that fit in the 60r bag, and I'm really upset cause I paid 60r which is gone down the drain and now have to pay 90r which I don't have for another bag. Money making scheme. Feel ****** for opening my bag twice while not in our presence, what if my stuff was taken out.
