feared for my life

Went into the store to get some things they closed the door after I was inside for about 10 min...I was still looking at clothes when she came to me in such a rude manner and told me I need to go and pay as they are closing now I told her I am inside and still busy I then said that they only speak to certain people as they please she then started shout at me and throwing unpleasant comments my way in front of everyone other customers as well the manager came out and reprimanded her and she nicely apologised in a professional manner but still this lady kept coming at me they then had to physically take her to the back I was so upset and embarrassed I have never in my life been so humiliated I got scared that she was going to physically attack me and I wanted to leave buy the manager put me at ease and adviced I should finish my shopping but I just paid what I already had and left
