Faulty sim cards...

Pep should stop selling sim cards... I bought 3 cell c sim cards already loaded airtime then it's not even working cell c customer service adviced me to buy new sim cards and sim swop ***? I paid for a service now I need to pay to fix their problems.... I just want my data and airtime this is really frustrating.
