Faulty products

In June 2019 I bought a Stylo Jazz from Bronkhorstspruit PEP and it was working well. 4 month's later the phone started to give trouble by getting extremely hot and the it stopped working I lost my slip and had to cut my loses. I bought another phone in January 2020 a Stylo S 50 from the same PEP and in March 2020 it give me the same problem. I took the phone back and I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to know if they can repair it. I can't buy another phone. Obviously there must be a foult on the product.
